An accurately curved aluminium window section is not easy to form. A decade of Research and Development has allowed us to develop cost effective, practical means of producing curved aluminium profiles. And not simply semi-circles or quadrants. Baskets, handles, ellipses, parabolas - all manufactured to the same exacting standards. No expensive tooling is necessary, sections can be curved thermally broken, anodised and polyester-powder coated. Formed to individual specifications and available for low numbers as easily as large repeat orders. We also produce a range of shaped and circular window designs in two versatile glazing systems. The popular Tempest range, which can achieve a minimum window diameter of 300mm, is ideal for projects requiring greater design flexibility; FormAL range with a BS5368 weather rating, is purpose engineered for installation in more demanding environments. Both systems can be delivered fully glazed and in a variety of coloured of anodised finishes, direct from Formes Alutek's modern fabrication facility at Ellesmere Port.
